Bitteo.com is an online platform for medium and small holiday rental properties. It allows you to offer and manage online bookings, synchronise calendars with other portals and to create a customised website for your property.
As the software was being developed, I became familiar with its features and established the style and tone of the communication —simple and non-technical approach for inexperienced users— and then wrote all of the copy of the website, as well as the internal automated messages in the tool.
The site and the copy have changed a bit since then.
